Eligibility & Terms
Open to volunteer-run, and community organizations in Norfolk County. One entry per organization. Submissions accepted May 10–July 3, 2026. Photos may not be digitally altered. Winner contacted by phone or email and announced via Norfolk Pro Rodeo and Bleacher Rentals social channels. Winner must respond within 30 days. Norfolk Pro Rodeo holds final decision-making authority. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
Can I enter if my organization is outside Norfolk County?
No — the contest is open to organizations only in Norfolk County.
What if we need more than a 4-row bleacher?
No problem. The full prize value can be applied toward a larger bleacher unit if your situation calls for it.
